If you know the product name or code, the easiest way is the search box to find the exact product you require.
If you don't know exactly what you are after, the best way is filtering. Choose a product type from 'All products' or select a category from the main menu. You then apply filters to narrow down options - you can filter by men's or women's, colour and various other attributes to find products that match those criteria. The options are on the left side of the page on desktop. On mobile, click the 'Filter' button above the product listings to expand the options. For example, if you are looking for red trousers you should select All product from the top menu and choose 'Trousers'. You can then apply the filter 'Red'. This will show you all products that are both a trouser and available in a shade of Red.
The online customiser is currently under construction. In the meantime, please add plain items to your basket but select the 'Custom Print / Embroidery' checkbox on the product page and we'll contact you for details of the customisation. Or just give us a call on 01746 760 490 and we can add logos and customisation for you.

This depends on the products ordered. Each item shows an estimated lead-time for despatch on the product page. This is the time it takes for us to get the item from the manufacturer and despatch to you. Once we have the stock, we ship all items on a Next Day service - either DPD or Evri. You will get an email from us notifying you the order is complete. You will also get an email from DPD or Evri which will give you the tracking number.
We are hoping you will love your item. However, should you need to return it you will get a returns form with a pre-paid returns label included with the goods. Simply fill in the form, securely package the items, attach the label and drop into any UK post office You can read about our returns policy in our T&Cs here
Yes, all information is private. We only share necessary details with third parties to fulfill your order eg. your delivery address details are shared with the courier. You can read our full Privacy Policy here.
Yes, all web payments are secured by Shopify’s own Integrated Payment Processing system. All data is encrypted. We do not process or store card details at any time, for either online or offline orders. On our website, all card details are entered directly into Shopify’s Level 1 PCI DSS compliant servers, this is the highest security standard for handling credit card information, for maximum security. If you place your order with us by Telephone / offline we will send you a secure link via email
Refunds are made when we receive returned items from you. For security, we will only make refunds back to the original payment method. Read our Refund Policy here.
Yes, a VAT invoice is generated at despatch and will be emailed to you. If you have lost this or need a copy please contact Customer Services on 01746 760 490 or drop them an email at sales@bestworkwear.co.uk and they can email you a copy.
