Privacy and Data Protection

As with all shopping websites, we collect personal information from you when you shop online at www.bestinthecountry.co.uk (Bestworkwear UK Ltd). We use this information to make your shopping experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. We are Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliant.  We do not store, transmit or have access to credit card information - this is all done on Tier 1 Compliant payment processing servers as provided by Shopify.  We meet all the security standards VISA and Mastercard require for processing card details.

 

Bestworkwear UK Ltd Limited is a registered data user under the Data Protection Act. We will never pass your details on to a third party for marketing purposes. We will however, from time to time, send you details of our own special offers that we think may interest you.  For individuals, we will only send you promotional emails if you have opted in to receive them.  For business-to-business users who have previously bought from us, we may send you promotional messages where we feel have a legitimate interest to promote our products.  Every email will have a link to allow you to unsubscribe at any time.

 

There are only two circumstances where we may share some of your data with others:

 

• With agents (including credit reference agencies, credit card clearing agencies, and fraud prevention and detection agencies) that we use to process the orders you place with us or who assist us in the service we

provide to you. In these instances, we provide them with only the information they need to perform their function.
